The idea behind CADER
CADER is a space for exploring ideas about leadership, strategy, systems and the people within them.
Complex situations rarely come with simple answers. Sometimes it can help to step back, look at something from a different perspective, and make a little more space for thinking before deciding what to do.
Through essays, reflections and conversation, CADER explores ideas and questions that might help us see the wider landscape a little more clearly.
